This is a police officer of the swedish police force. Why does he wear a mask? Why does he point a gun at a bank cashier? Why is he shown through the eyes of a bank security camera?

Simple, he robbed the bank, and then, in power of his job, led the search for the bank robber. The money was hidden at the police station.
His record shows he spent his time borrowing impounded tools for personal use and claiming to having been robbed of valuable items.

Now he's busted. PWND! Anyway, pretty cool guy. His robbery was also very calmly preformed as he without stress or hesitation forced not only one, but two cashiers to empty their money into his bag. Next time, bring a friend... and another bag.
